Advantages:

Мы жили в двухместном номере с санузлом. Всё соответствует фото. Тихое, спокойное место. До моря 15 минут неторопливым шагом. Горячая и холодная вода были постоянно. Александр нас встретил у вагона поезда и доставил обратно по окончании отдыха к зданию вокзала. Поезд домой отправлялся в 21.30 и мы доплатили символическую сумму, чтобы до вечера не выселяться. В общем, всё было отлично. Рекомендую!
